José Domínguez is a Business Solutions Manager and Vice President of the Joint Forces Veterans Alliance, where he plays a key role in leading initiatives that support veterans through community and alternative sports therapy programs.

Professionally, José works in software, bridging product, engineering, and operations to deliver on-site solutions in high-demand environments. As a subject matter expert, he focuses on aligning technical systems with real-world execution, ensuring teams are equipped to perform when it matters most.

José served eight years in the United States Marine Corps—four years active duty and four in the reserves—achieving the rank of Sergeant. Guided by the principles of “no man left behind” and “one team, one fight,” he brings a mission-first mindset to both his professional work and his service to the veteran community.

Within Joint Forces, he provides organizational leadership and hands-on execution while also serving as captain of the organization’s hockey team, part of its Alternative Therapy Support Program. Through this work, José is committed to building a strong, supportive community where veterans can reconnect, compete, and thrive.
