Paula has been a staff member since the inception for the Joint Forces Veterans Alliance. She is married to the founder, Joe Searcy, and has provided ongoing support and encouragement in the formation of this wonderful veteran non-profit. The primary focus for Paula within JFVA is to strategically define the marketing and social media activities to grow awareness of the organization and help as many veterans as possible! Paula also serves as “Team Mom” for our Joint Forces Hockey Organization, being sure to be the biggest cheerleader and always baking yummy goodies to keep up their energy!

 

Professionally, Paula has worked for 15+ years in marketing and business administration in the medical and consumer device market. Paula holds a BS in Microbiology and an MBA in Marketing, International Business and Medical Industry. Her love for helping people has helped guide her in all aspects of her life and career. Outside of JFVA, Paula is also active in the German Community, dancing and performing traditional Bavarian folk dances, traveling with family to all parts of the world and enjoying the greater parts of Colorado.
